Tiger Woods Expected To Speak With Authorities Sunday

Tiger Woods is expected to break his silence later today, talking to police about his morning accident on Friday outside his Orlando, Florida home and the events that led up to him leaving his house at 2:25 a.m.
Tiger’s wife Elin will also be interviewed.

According to the accident report, the acclaimed golfer had just pulled out of his driveway in his Cadillac SUV when his car struck a fire hydrant, leaving the front of his vehicle stuck in a tree. State troopers in The Sunshine State want answers about the incident that led Woods’ wife to use a golf club to smash out a rear window in an apparent effort to free him after the crash.

No statements have been made as of yet and the pro golfer is not required to give one, a Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson told The Associated Press Sunday. A neighbor in the couple’s Isleworth Subdivision made a call to 911, but that audio has not yet been released.
